Oh Lordy but when I went to my own website and saw how long it had been since I’d blogged I couldn’t believe that summer is already over, the kids are back in school and that I hadn’t blogged since returning from Ireland. I’d be ashamed if I didn’t know it will happen again lol.
In Bed With A Highlander released two weeks ago and thanks to my amazing readers, it’s been on the USA Today bestseller list for two weeks now. So thank you! You guys rock hard. I’m excited for the second book in the trilogy to release, which is coming up soon! So I thought I’d give some of you who hadn’t gotten a chance to get In Bed With A Highlander yet an opportunity to win a copy here on the blog :)
I’m going to give away print copies and I’ll also give away Kindle copies to you Kindle owners. I apologize to you NON Kindle owners out there. I’d love nothing more than to be able to gift you with digital copies as well but so far Kindle is the only one who makes that possible. I think I heard that Kobo does as well but I haven’t figured them out yet *g*
So anyway I’ll stop babbling and get to the giveaway.
If you want to be considered for a copy, first tell me what books you’re buying this week or last. I know there are releases I wanted but damn if I can remember what they were and I want to go shopping! Then the next really important thing I need you to tell me is what format you’d like. I also bought within the last week and read Hold Me by Betsy Horvath ( a great read), Good Girls Do by Victoria Dahl and Never Enough by Lauren Dane. As you can tell, I tend to like Contemporaries but will always read a good historical.

Ive just finished reading the Prophecy trilogy by Felicity Heaton Child of Light etc- totally loved them so downloaded books 4 and 5 in her Vampires Realm series. Also downloaded Nalini Singhs Archangels Blade book for my kindle, which is something ive been waiting for, for what seems like ages. Needless to say my housework is going to suffer :).
I cannot begin to tell you which books I bought this week. I went to my SIL’s house last night, she is currently packing to move to Wyoming, and basically cleaned out her books. Probably 12 small boxes of books, I had to buy her bookshelves and clear out an entire room to store them all. It is gonna be great to get them all up and stored tho.
As far as new releases go, I have bought Donna Grant’s Shadow Highlander, amazing, and Lisa Renee Jones’ Vampire Wardens book 2 ~ Hot Vampire Seduction. There are so many others that I can’t remember :)

This week I bought Archangel’s Blade, I love Nalini’s books and I was really lokking forward to finding out more about Dmitri. Lets just say I wasn’t disappointed and leave it there! There was even some tears by the end.

Regarding the Kobo gifting thing. You can do it if the winner has a Kobo. There’s a little gift box looking thing below the buy option that says “gifting options”. Then it’s the same motions as sending someone a Kindle book.

Currently I purchased your book, In Bed with a Highlander, and I also picked up Real Vampires Don’t Wear Size Six by Gerry Bartlett and Lucca: Warriors for the Light by Karen Michelle Nutt. I finished Gerry Bartlett’s book, it was excellent! I also finished Lucca. Loved that one too. I have saved the best for last! LOL! Currently reading your In Bed With a Highlander. I am hooked! Looks like another night where I am up until 4 in the morning!

Last book purchased was “Their virgin captive” by Shayla Black and Lexi Blake. I bought a new Pandigital (Barnes & Noble) because I have started doing ARC reviews. Shayla Black, as well as yourself, are one of my favorite erotic authors. I love to read actual books (still love to touch the paper – plus every once-in-awhile you have to love looking at the hot covers) but more books are getting published in e-format.
I bought and intend on buying Dark Predator by Christine Feehan; One Grave at a Time by Jeaniene Frost; Nauti Deceptions by Lora Leigh; Envy by J.R. Ward and next month Silence by Becca Fitzpatrick and Men Out of Uniform by YOU! Yep, I read a lot. I would like my book in print so I can share the love!
Well, last week I was unable to go to the book store. I usally go to the Borders when I go to donate Platlets at the blood bank down the road. I try to get there at least twice a month, but they have already closed that store. =( So, hopefully, this weekend I can get to the Barnes and Nobels. Its a bit of a hike, but I need my book fix. Also, my daughter(17), loves reading Menga and has informed me we NEED to go. If I can I would like to pick up “My Fair Highlander” by Mary Wine. If I don’t win your book, I will have to pick that up as well. I need a second job, just to keep up with all my authors and series I read. Thank god for these contest ad twitter to keep me informed. Gives me hope! =)
