I’m going to be posting this a few different places and I think it’s going to be SO much fun. Plus it will allow me to “meet” so many of my wonderful, wonderful readers (I can’t wait!)
Here are the details. Take a picture of you holding a copy of The Darkest Hour. It can be at home, at the bookstore, in the car, in a tree or in a recliner hehe. And hey, if you aren’t a print reader, just load it up on your Kindle, Nook, Kobo or reader of choice and take a picture of you holding it where it’s obvious that the book is The Darkest Hour.
Once you have your picture, post it on your blog, on my facebook fan page, twitter, your website if you have one or any public forum. Then email me the link to maya@mayabanks.com so I’ll know of your “entry” If you don’t have a place to post it, simply email me your picture, but be sure to let me know if you mind ME posting it publicly. If you don’t prefer that, I completely understand and you’ll still be entered! These pics would make an AWESOME addition to my website under fun photos :))

I am so excited can’t wait! My book sadly wont be here till the 9th but I will get it up there…. I should have sent it to my Kindle but there is something about turning the pages in a book that has me stuck…. Take care and I can’t wait to read!

My Barnes and Noble had The Darkest Hour out on Friday. I finished it last night. Awesome. Can’t wait for Sam’s story. One question…is Steele getting his own story?
I can’t wait to get my copy of The Darkest Hour- I ordered it on Thursday and I hope I’ll get it in the next few days and I’ll be sure to post of picture of me holding the book.

I received “The Darkest Hour” this morning and just finished it… it was sooo GOOD!! Of course it would be it’s a Maya Banks novel. I can’t wait for the next one… I’m going to have to email my pic. Just finished reading The Darkest Hour. I absolutely loved the book! It was so gripping that I felt as if I were experiencing the emotions of the characters in the book. I couldn’t put it down, but I didn’t want the story to be over. I don’t know how I will ever be able to wait until December for the next book. This is an awesome series…thanks Maya!

I’m happy that I waited until this morning to read TDH, so I can enjoy it without having to be interrupted. I’ve learned that if I start them Tuesday evening after work, I’m grumpy at work on Wednesday because of staying up late to finish Maya’s “can’t put down books”, so I wait for Sunday morning to read them, lol.

Hi Maya. I’m waiting very impatiently for my copy of The Darkest Hour to arrive.
I thought I would be able to download an ebook copy so didn’t pre order a print book. Sadly, every site I’ve tried to download a copy from wont let me as I live in New Zealand. Not sure what the politics behind that are??
Very frustrating as I’ve never had a problem before.
I’m sure the wait will be worth it….I’m just not patient enough. Grin.
Bought The Darkest Hour on Kindle and loved, loved, loved it. I have read over and over again already. I tried to take a picture of my with it but it didn’t come through on the picture that is was The Darkest Hour, so I am not really sure how to enter the contest. GREAT BOOK!!!!!

Hey Maya…I just started reading The Darkest Hour. So far I love, love, love it. I have just one question: Is Rachel a blond or brunette. I have skipped ahead in the book to try and find out, but I can’t find a visual description of her. I can’t wait for Sam’s story. Keep up the great writing.
