Today was “list” day as we call it in publishing. Every Wednesday, the week FOLLOWING a new release, all the best seller lists are published and it’s then that an author finds out how well the book performed.
Thanks to my wonderful, amazing readers, Shades of Gray was #13 on the USA Today best seller list and #4 on the New York Times mass market fiction best seller list. It also hit the digital NYT, the combined hardback and paperback list and the combined digital and print lists!

OMG! I just love the KGI series can’t get enough of them. I love the humor, all the lovin, and the guys are so hoooooottttt. PJ was the bomb. Can’t wait to see what you’re going to do with Steele. My daugther and grandson think I’m crazy now, because I always end up laughing so hard when I get to the funny parts. An being that this next story will be about Steele (the harder he’s going to fall). Can’t wait, jumping in my seat. Maya you’re an “AWESOME Writer”.

This is my absolute favorite series in the non-paranormal romance category. I have loved every single installment, and that is not said lightly since most series have at least one volume that is not as good. I cannot say that with KGI. Every single book has been great, and they just keep getting better. I am not surprised at all that Shades of Gray did so well. I mean, come on! It’s KGI!
Thank you very much for this series Maya. I am looking forward to Steele’s story, then Donovan’s. Now I am also looking forward to the rest of Steele’s team, and of course Rio’s band of misfits. Joe and Swanny still need stories. Not to mention I still have my hopes up for Rusty and Sean…sometime in the future… :D

You books bring out so many emotions laughter, tears, suspense. You’re characters are so defined I expect to see them in person. You have definitely found your calling! Hey Maya I am on book 6 Shades of Grey and I love it except the part where Cole has to listen to the love of his life P.J. get raped. But I’m glad she comes out and top and kicks the guys ass. Get wait for Forged in Steele
LOVE this series & the fact that you still have several characters still left to cover means there will be more for me to read! & maybe at the end you will be kind enough to recap everyone….one can only hope!
This was my favorite out of the Kelly series, LOVED IT!!! It was so emotionally. I truly hope we will be able to read about when P.J. And Cole are finally able to make love again…please! Keep up the awesome writing..

I just finished reading Rush and am reading it again. I love the story of Mia and Gabe. The Paris scene really upset me and I wanted Gabe to suffer more for what he did to Mia. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series and see how Jace handles himself. I hope Bethany has a backbone! Love the book.

I like the KGI series; I read “The darkest hour”, “No place to run”, “Shades of gray”. Shades of gray is a wonderful story, I love Cole and PJ characters, I think it is the best book of this series. I like Kelly family, I’m glad that I can read books in English, because a lot of romantic suspense stories aren’t translated into Italian language.
